some disappointments
small room missing soap
The room was smaller than i expected it to be. i could also hear the elevator working during the whole night, quite annoying. there was no soap available in the bathroom, and when i arrived, i was told that housekeeping wasn't available. i found this quite inconvenient. I wish these aspects had been better managed.
